Returns Policy

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Amei purchase. If you change your mind, you can return any full-priced item for a full refund (excluding any shipping fees), provided the following conditions are met:

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your parcel. We suggest trying on items as soon as they arrive to ensure they can be returned within this timeframe.

Condition of Items:

  • Unworn
  • Tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free of perfume or deodorant smells
  • Free of makeup or fake tan marks
  • Returned using a small satchel (no boxes, please)

If your returned items don’t meet these conditions, we’ll reach out to you for further details. Amei reserves the right to reject any returns that aren’t in their original condition. Items that are worn, soiled, or damaged will not be eligible for a store credit or refund.

Rejected Returns:

If your return is rejected (including if it’s not returned within the 14-day timeframe), you can choose to pay for the goods to be sent back to you. If we don’t hear from you within 7 business days, the items will be donated.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. An email address is required to process the refund.
  • Please note, any shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Return Process:

  • Ensure your return meets the above conditions.
  • Make sure we receive your return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once you submit your return, you’ll receive an automatically generated returns label. 

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is completed.

Customer Responsibility:

It’s important to keep your shipping and contact information up-to-date to ensure your returns are processed smoothly. We are not liable for the loss of garments being returned.
