Can you help with my order?

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us directly at hello@withamei.com.au as soon as you can. 

We will do our best to accommodate your request, however, if the parcel has already been invoiced or dispatched, it becomes the property of our courier. Please note, if we are unable to accommodate a cancellation, your order is subject to the returns policy.

Can I amend my order? 

If you have made a mistake with your order, please reach out to us directly at hello@withamei.com.au as soon as you can. 

We will do our very best to make any changes before your order is dispatched. Just keep in mind that if your order has already been processed, we might not be able to make any amendments. 

Can I add items to an order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to your order after it has been placed. You can simply place a new order with the additional items you are after!

What is your shipping process? 

We are currently partnered with Sendle and Australia Post for all orders within Australia. 

  • Standard Shipping - Orders over $200 | Metro: 3-8 business days | FREE
  • Standard Shipping • Orders under $200 | Metro: 1-4 business days | $7.99 AUD
  • Express Shipping - Orders over $200 | Metro: 1-4 business days | $12.99 AUD

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday to Friday.

What happens if I'm not available to receive my delivery?

If you’re not home when your delivery arrives, don’t worry! The delivery driver will try to leave your package in a safe spot. If they can’t find a secure place, you’ll get a notification via message or email, or a collection card will be left in your mailbox with details on how to pick up your order.

Remember, if the package isn’t collected within the specified time, it will be sent back to our warehouse.

Do you ship to P.O boxes or parcel lockers?

We sure do!

Do you offer free shipping? 

Yes, we offer free standard shipping for orders over $200.

Do you ship internationally? 

No, at this stage we do not offer any international shipping.

How do I make a return?

Free returns on all orders within 14 days!

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges, but you can send your item back for a store credit to then repurchase the correct size.

I received a faulty item. What should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. The Amei team does a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipped to our customers. Please email images of the damage to our team at hello@withamei.com.au, you may also return the items along with a completed returns form explaining the outcome you would prefer, refund, credit note or replacement.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We are so sorry to hear. We always do our best to check over all garments upon arrival and prior to dispatch but sometimes things are missed. Please email images of the wrong item and what the correct item should have been to hello@withamei.com.au. We will process it as soon as possible and will send you instructions for a stress-free returns process.
