Shipping Partners
We partner with Sendle and Australia Post to deliver all orders within Australia.
Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping
- Orders over $200: Free
- Orders under $200: $8 AUD
- Delivery Time: 2-8 business days

Express Shipping
- All orders: $15 AUD
- Delivery Time: 1-4 business days
Order Processing Time
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can use these details to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website.
Shipping Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Process
- If you experience any delays or issues with your shipment, our customer service team will notify you promptly. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
- Amei is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high volume seasons. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are quite reliable and quick. Further, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times.
- If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Amei is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Amei will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
- All parcels are signature on delivery with authority to leave. This means you’re welcome to sign for your parcel at delivery, otherwise if the carrier determines there is a safe place for the parcel, it can be left at the address. The carrier will record a proof of delivery in this instance.
